| Does anyone know if there are any stands of Canebrake on Cape Cod or in Southeast Massachusetts? I am considering planting some and am curious to learn how well it might do in our zone.

| I think you will be fine. I live in Marshfield and I see either this bamboo or something similar to it in a lot of neighborhoods. Arundinaria Gigantea is hardy to z5 so it should be OK. Maybe you can call New England Bamboo for a direct answer to you question. |
