Looking for local source for "Lavender Twist" Redbud tree

I few years ago I saw a few Lavender twist redbud trees at Weston Nurseries in Hopkinton but I haven't seen any at any lately at any of the other places I frequent.

I have a need to replace a small focal point tree in my yeard and was hoping to find a source within reasonable distance of lunenburg MA for a decent sized cercis canadensis Ã¢ÂÂcoveyÃ¢ÂÂ tree.

Has anyone seen these available this year in MA?

You won't find these at many places. I went looking for one a while back, but then decided on a different tree. Weston Nurseries has it. You can try Bigelows, but I don't think they have it. You can also look online. Sooner Plant Farm has it and lots of other choices.

So just an update in case anyone cares. I had looked at Sooner (I appreciate the suggestion by the way) but the largest they had in stock was 3-4 feet and I was hoping for something at least 5-6'.

I did a bit of hunting around central mass today to see if I could find anything. First we went to Russell's in Wayland but they only had one more weeping form left (forget the name) and it wasn't in good shape anyway. I talked to a lady there and she said they had a few more earlier but they all sold that day. The one they had left was about 7' and was $280 I believe.

Then I went to Cataldo's in Littleton. They had a couple weeping "heartbreaker" redbud's for $285 but they were only 3-4 feet and I wasn't in love with those either at that price/size.

Finally, since it is so close to Cataldo's, I went to Cupp and Cupp in Littleton and got lucky. They had 5 Covey's that were 6-7 feet and were in good shape. They were also a great price (for this tree) at $165. Thumbs up to Cupp and Cupp. I somehow managed to fit a 7' tree, me, my pregnant wife (38 weeks), and my 2 year old son in our Subaru Forester to avoid having to go home and get my truck. Success!

jeezits , that's exactly the type of specimen I am looking for. I have the spot reserved in the front corner of one of my beds. I emailed them and am awaiting a response, but in the meantime have you been back a to Cupp and Cupp, and did you notice if they had any left?

Mind sharing a photo of this Covey? I'm looking into the Ruby Falls for a compact area I have between an entrance sidewalk and the private lake road beside my place...but was thinking of putting a lavender twist elsewhere in place of the a harry lauder walking stick. We've admired those for the past three years. But have a dog that walks by plants and nips and eats the leaves and such. So anything toxic can't be purchased. And I thought the lavender twist much prettier if you can make it short and stocky like this photo.

One site says the lavender twist and covey are the same tree...not sure if their info is correct or not...
