Bump for possibility: I can't remember who usually brings the turtlehead...could this be it?

It is not turtle head.
In the picture the leaves look quite long and tall. How long are they?

The "name that plant" forum is really good for getting an ID on mystery plants, if you haven't already figured this one out.

Definately looks like one of the heliopsis/helianthus varieties. I just dug out some of my Helianthus maximilianii as well as heliopsis lemon queen and it could have been either.

The Lemon queen is up more than the helianthus but it looks exactly like the helianthus.

Hi there,
Well, here it is almost a month later and I am wondering if you figured your mystery out? It is the heliopsis that I may have given you? If so, it will have bunched out by now and look very healthy and green. You won't see a flower until mid June, so don't get too excited! LOL. You will love this plant if you haven't had it before. Very carefree and very cheerful.
