| Has anyone else had problems with mice eating the seedlings they've started under lights? They seem to have targeted my little zinnias - they've eaten the leaves of some, and yanked the entire seedling on others.

| Not seedlings, but I think mice ate the stem of a new little Begonia Listada plant I had just bought (houseplant). I also noticed some leaves had disappeared from other new little begonias. They're now under cloches or similar protection. I second the BAH!!!! Claire |

| YES!!! So the lights got moved upstairs to the dining room where they are guarded by two cats. It's not at all normal for the cats to do what I tell them to, but they do spend a fair amount of time laying next to the lights, and I've had no problems since I did that. |
