I just couldn't wait another month until the Billerica swap! I feel the need to plant something in the ground. After listening to the ads on the radio for the Home Depot 5 for $10.00 (you don't need to buy 5), I succumed to the temptation and bought 8 perennials today. I bought:

Polemonium caeruleum Blue (Jacob's Ladder)

Galium odoratum (Sweet Woodruff)

Gaura lindheimeri 'Siskiyou Pink' (Indian Feather)

Penstemon barbatus 'Eflin Pink' (Beardtongue)

Scabiosa columbaria 'Pink Mist' (Pincushion Flower)

Coreopsis grandiflora 'Presto' (Tickseed)

Saxifraga Hybrid 'Apple Blossom' (Rockfoil)

Viola Cornuta 'Etain' (English Viola)

All except the Indian Feather are for Sun/Shade which is what I was looking for and all except for Viola are from Cavicchio Greenhouses in Sudbury, MA. Mindy, don't kill me but I didn't realize until after I bought it that the Indian Feather was hardy for zone 6 up. It was the last one left and I thought I'd try it even though it was full sun. I don't know anything about Cavicchio Greenhouses but since it's only a few towns over, I thought at least they weren't traveling on some truck for several days. They are all in good shape with the roots just starting to come through the pots.
