Help, black spots on perennials

Hi all,

I have a section of my perennial bed which is getting affected by something, and I was hoping y'all could help me identify and maybe treat it.

Here it is on Agastache.

Here it is on a Hardy Geranium 'Johnson's Blue' I think. The plant was in too much shade to get a good picture (it gets afternoon sun) so I took off one leaf, but this is the plant that looks the worst. I'd say most of the plant looks like this leaf.

And I think this is a campanula, but not sure.

These three plants are very close to each other and I haven't found the spots in other sections of the garden. Can anyone identify this for me? Should I remove the plants, treat with something, just let it be? Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Lisa
