Viburnum (for pixie_lou)

pixie_lou,
I don't know how much this will help... My two largest Viburnum are in an overgrown shrubs border. (They arrived as tiny tubes from Forest Farm --and I thought I had given them enough room.) They're engulfed in at least two Daphne caucasica and if you look really closely, there's even a Styrax j. 'Carillon' rearing its head in there. --And I never prune anything (since I murdered a beloved 'Mr. Lincoln' rose).
Viburnum carlesii...
and V. 'Mohawk'
And a small V. 'Aurora' (I think.) You can see the shape better. But remember, yours would look better because you'd probably prune it. (Grin.)
If I were to pick one, it would be 'Mohawk'. The leaves are shinier, and the buds are bright cherry red. But after the flowers fade (rather quickly) it fades into the background. They all do, but they smell great while in bloom.
