We went, too, and saw both Sakonnet and High Elms. Amazing! My pics are on Photobucket.

I didn't even know about this place and I live just a few miles away over the border in MA. I will be checking this out today. That camellia is impressive! And it is a good reminder of how diverse New England is in terms of climate and zones and how gardeners here navigate and exploit those differences which often change a lot over fairly small distances.

Thanks to you also, Lovesummer. The two gardens look quite different, but both are lovely.
