| Anyone else in NE having this problem? Tomato leaves yellowing with dark spots in the centers of the yellow areas. I googled "tomato diseases" and think this is Septoria leaf spot. Only on all 6 of the Early Girl plants, not on other varieties. Sorry I can't post pictures; but google "tomato diseases" and click on "Septoria leaf spot" and you'll see photos.
If your plants have this, where did you buy them? Carol |

| I get this every year on my grown-from-seed tomatoes. Some varieties more so than others. I view this not as a fungus picked up from some specific outside source, but as something that will happens whenever conditions are right in my yard. I would do better if I planted by tomatoes further apart, faithfully trained and pruned them, etc. It may affect the yield to some degree, but the plants do continue to produce for me. I usually get it later in the season. |
