Hi OTT - wow you are stocked!!

I would like the fennel and some mini bell peppers, but you can skip the eggplant (sorry, I love almost all vegetables, but am lukewarm about eggplant).

Also, if it's not too much trouble, what kinds of Hosta do you have?

    hi,
pls.may I have some portaluca? Bring the flat and we'll divide and share. But I know I could use quite a few for a dry path.

I can give you a big clump of montauk daisy, ferns galore (spreaders),epimedium (yellow) blue hosta seedlings,

If we (I your or both) can't get them dug by Sat, I hope you will come back with the sons. I also have cassia marylandica, which is unusual and a good seeder. Fun for the wild garden.

Folks, remember this is just for ott. We'll get very mixed up if people other than ott and her trades are posted here.

    Best,
    mt

    "wispfox:
    purple or fuchsia spiderwort
    spirea japonica
    Iris Immortality -
    Phlox David - white
    Lamb's ear
    Alchemilla Mollis
    Chives -!
    Artemesia variegated gold"

Actually, I only have the spiderwort and spirea japonica. Someone else had the others.

"2 FLATS of Petunia both red
    2 flats Dusty miller"

I'd like two plants of each of these.

    "1 flat coleus ( very purple )
1 flat of a coleus that is lt purple and green"

I do like coleus. I _think_ I don't have any that are purple. May I have one of each plant?

"1 flat portulaca margarita mix colors
1 flat gazaians purples, oranges, yellows mixed in
pink and yellow asian lillys.2 flats each color"

Oh, wow. May I have one or two of some of these?

"about 4 begonias in 6 inch pots either pink or red"

I would dearly love a red begonia!

    "Mini Bell peppers 1 flat"

Huh! How mini is mini? Now I'm curious. :)

    "Hosta..LOTS"

Oh? My boyfriend's mother would _love_ hosta. I'm going to see if I can dig up some of the young ones I have in my yard, but more wouldn't go amiss!

If you want lily of the valley, I have lots. I can totally bring you some this Saturday. :)

Wispfox: Mini bell peppers are about the size of a roma tomato.
Ida Wispfox: Portulaca.. You got it..
I have about 40 Hosta...pretty mature too.. so yep have it.

Blake LOV is most welcome. The Masshort MG's choked every-time someone asked to buy it.( that and Mint!)hehehe) ..LOL.. but its a big seller for the plant sale.\

Ida... yes if you are not in a huge rush to move plants I can arrange to come back with my digging squad.

I can fit about 35 plants in my mini van DH modified it for me.
    Seeds people pick some seeds.

  • wispfox

I can totally bring some mint, too. :) (do you want mint or lily of the valley from me? Also, if you have a problem with not enough space in your vehicle, and you're willing to come to Waltham, I can wait to get you what I've not yet pulled; no rush, really).

And yes, I'd like a mini bell plant!

Hmm, seeds. Many of ours are old, and starting to have trouble germinating. As such, I'd be interested in any and all of:

cilantro, cukes, greenbeans, peas, lettuce, carrots, radishes, swiss chards, parsley, basil, nasturtiums, zinnia,
pansy, violas, virgina stock, celosia, petunia, impatients

I just dug up a large clump of purple spiderwort for you, and put it into a small garbage bag. It _might_ have a morning glory root in there that I missed, and will definitely need division.

I may or may not get to the fuscia spiderwort for reasons of time and effort involved. We also have much less of it, so it'd only be a small amount.

    Hello

I have a meditation crcle that I am trying to enclosed with hostas. So I am looking for differnt types not all of the same. If you have several different types it would be nice to have one or two of each type if you have them to spare or are trying ot offload them but if it is just one type of a plainf green hosta then one or two wold be nice. I am sorry I am answering you late but I just found this thread this morning

OOT: I'd like a couple of your hosta for my boyfriend's mom. And since it's yucky out today, I am unlikely to get you the mint or L-O-V today. So I'd like to figure out a time to have you come get things from my garden! I suspect that there's other things you may also want which are misplaced, and I may simply not yet know what they are. It's an established garden and we moved into the house (after we bought it) in Feb of this year.

I'm on FB, but searching on your name gave a lot of results and it's not clear if any are in the New England area. I'll email you my real name, as I prefer to not associate my username (which is me everywhere) with my full name in a public forum, in general.

Confused! I have a plant that I'm not sure what it is. I don't seem to see any of petunia, begonia, gazania. (or, I don't know what they look like)

The unidentified one is pink & red variagated leaves, no flowers at the moment. Any idea? I've seen them all the time in garden stores and big box stores, but don't know the name, nor where they ought to go!

And thanks for so many plants! So far, I've planted - from you - the mini bells, the dusty miller, the portulaca, the coleus in a pot (so I have them this winter, too!).

The lilies are waiting for me to figure out where to put them. :) The hostas are waiting for the 1st when I mail them and other plants to my bf's mom.

  • Marie Tulin

Maybe you did bring that plant....it was all foliage and from a garden; not a potted plant or a start. Honest, there were a lot of plants and I'm confused now.
    Was it yours?
In any case, I'm saying "cimigifuga"
    !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi Michelle,

I sent you an email early this week asking if you wanted to come and pick up a few dozen things for your sale. I haven't heard anything. If you aren't interested, that's fine, I'm sure I can get rid of them.

Please let me know...I have the little greenhouse full at the end of my street and it needs to go..

    Thanks,
    Lisa
