A few people asked for the recipe to the Eclair ring

ring

one cup water

one stick Butter

one flour

four eggs

Bring water and butter to a rolling boil remove from heat and immediately add one cup flour stir with a WOODEN SPOON until well blended (then stir a bit more) add four eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. plop on a greased cookie sheet bake 400 degree F for 45 minutes shut oven and leave in for 15min longer, remove and cool

split with a bread knife. You will notice a web like substance inside spoon out to leave just the shell.

Filling

2 pks vanilla instant pudding

pint whipping cream

cup of milk

Blend well with electric mixer

for the icing I microwave choc frosting use about half a tub.

few tips

has to be a wooden spoon and must be at a rolling boil otherwise the dough is soupy, still tastes great but thin and hard to cut...
