| The half of my lavender that didn't succumb to this past winter is in love with this weather. It's bouncing back with all the heat and dryness. At least one thing likes it! |

| If anything loves the heat more than lavender, it's mexican bush sage (Salvia leucantha). Russian sage (Perovskia atriplicifolia) is wildly happy this year too, and I expect it will be a banner year for Vitex agnus-castus and a few other things (oddly, almost all with blue spikes). |
