One thing love this heat!

The half of my lavender that didn't succumb to this past winter is in love with this weather. It's bouncing back with all the heat and dryness. At least one thing likes it!

I agree! I am not currently growing lavender in my own yard, but I work in a yard where it is absolutely thriving right now.

If anything loves the heat more than lavender, it's mexican bush sage (Salvia leucantha). Russian sage (Perovskia atriplicifolia) is wildly happy this year too, and I expect it will be a banner year for Vitex agnus-castus and a few other things (oddly, almost all with blue spikes).
