Cool!

Gee, I wish the moles in my yard would finish each other off, lol! This has been the worst year ever for moles in the 15 years I've been here. Luckily, the voles don't seem to be following them around, and the moles haven't done *too* much damage, but I cannot not get over the number of holes and tunnels I have this year. I could do with a mole or two fewer, lol.

But seriously, that is something to have witnessed. Did you wonder what they were fighting about, lol?

Wow! I love nature - sometimes. A few years ago I was standing in my back yard when a Cooper's Hawk swooped down to a robin on the grass about 10 feet from me and clawed it until it suffocated. That wasn't pleasant. But it was kinda cool. haha.

ah, the sadists will out themselves!................
but seriously, i did not know rodents/rabbits/cute little woodland things would fight to kill their own kind.
But then, My Love just mentioned that they DO do that in Watership Down.....
