Wild petunias

DH &I had a great time touring the Longwood Gardens in Pa this past week. Just wonderful. The annual flower garden had a plant I've never heard of before. Britton wild petunia, after googling, it seems invasive in warmer zones, does anyone have this plant? What do you think of it here in NE?

I'd never heard of this plant, so I googled it. It looks really cute, and since it's only 'overly ambitious' in Florida, it seems like you may as well give it a try, if you can find it. Let us know how it performs for you - it DOES look interesting.
