My Brugs

A month ago I moved ( or rather my son moved) my 6 five foot brugmansia down to the cellar for the winter. When we moved them some were still blooming.

I have never had a seed pod form on them before but today when I went down to check I found five huge seed pods formed. They are green but firm and hard to the touch.

My question is should I leave the pods on the stems to dry out or should I pick them off and let them dry upstairs in my sun room?

I'm looking forward to trading these seeds on the Seed Exchange and also starting some new plants myself.
