Lucette, I'm sure the webmaster, Josh Mack, can help you with this. You can contact him through the "Letters and Comments" link at the bottom of the page. Or you can post the problem on the "Suggestions and Comments" forum. A lot of people seem to be having log-in problems since Christmas, so the answer to your question would benefit a lot of people if the webmaster will reply in the "Suggestions and Comments" forum.

I understand that some of the posters in the French forum have had top resort to claiming that they live in Iowa in order to to in! But maybe Josh can give you a better solution than that.

Lucette, maybe you've read some of the posts on suggestions and comments by now, but there was one today concerning the problems with some zip/postal codes...it does sound like the zips should be resolved soon. At least they are aware of it :)
