brown scale on aspen trees

Thank you crunchpa- I finally found the site!
I have a heavy infestation of brown scale on my aspens- about the top 1/4th is badly damaged on 1 tree. I know I have to spray JUST before the tree buds- about April here. Then I will do it again in 10 days if the weather remains warm.
What is the best to spray with? And- can I spray repeatedly to make SURE I have gotten all the scale- about every 10 days for several cycles?

| My second question is about Pharm Natural Oil- I can't find anyone that sells the concentrate. Also- have any of you used it? |
