Broken Stem

Hello, We recently got a kitten and I found this morning that the stem to the money tree is broken. Is there a way to save it? Its broken but hanging on by a very small piece, but broken nonetheless. I didn't know if there was a way that I could replant it.. Can someone help? Thanks!!!!

Scotty I don't recognise the name "Money Tree" Do you know what type of plant it is? That will help determine the best options.

I would 'assume' that the poster means Pachira macrocarpa.
