New leaves browning and cupped leaves?

Hi,

I have some problems with the salad greens that I'm growing indoor; they were doing fine up until last week. Can you please take a look at the pictures and let me know what's wrong? The newer young leaves of this endive plant is developing brown/burnt edges.I don't know if it is nutrient burn or nutrient deficiency, I trimmed the brown edges a few days ago, but it just kept on going brown...just the new leaves, the older leaves are fine.

And then I have also got several collard plants that have cupped leaves; is this over-watering?

I'm watering and fertilizing with diluted Foliage Pro 9-3-6 twice a week. The dose was according to the instruction 1:750 (therefore 1:1500 twice a week). The temperature is usually in the mid 70s. However, there was a cold front last week, and the temperature did drop to mid 50s at night.

Thanks,

Bonnie
