Cilnatro plant wilting

Hi, I'm a complete novice when it comes to gardening and that's why need all the help I can get. I bought my first herb plants (Cilantro and Mint) on Saturday and planning on doing some balcony gardening. They are seedlings which you find potted in small plastic containers and sold at supermarkets. I meant to transplant them onto bigger tubs on Sunday. Since we've had a pretty odd bout of late winter for the last couple of days (including snow and freezing temperature) I had to keep them inside and only provided very little watering for the last 4 days. I properly watered the plants today and also noticed that the cilantro leaves appear a little wilted. I plan on moving the plants out in the sun tomorrow and also transplant them onto bigger tubs. I was wondering if there is anything I should do to stop further wilting of the cilantro plant. Would appreciate any suggestion and apologies for the long message.
