To whom it may concern,
My name is John Piotrowski and I am a student at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. I am currently enrolled in a small business consulting course. Two other students and myself are assisting Richard Allen, from Jim Falls, WI, (about 35 minutes from Eau Claire) in an attempt to sell his three greenhouses and homestead, which are all on the same property.
I found your contact information from the Federated Garden Clubs of Minnesota website, and would like to inquire about the possiblity of a brochure we developed being dispersed to some of your outlets to potential buyers. We would cover all expenses. If interested, I could mail you copies of our brochure so that you may have more information about Richard's greenhouses. What kinds of plants do you sell? Im into large foliage plants. The bigger the leaf, the more im interested!
