help! seedlings drooping

I have planted moonflower seeds into 6 inch peat pots. they all sprouted. I give them a little water every morning. Until now, ive kept them in the house but i have noticed something peculiar that i need help with. Lately ive noticed that when they are exposed to direct sunlight they look a little droopy. when i put them in the shade they perk back up. everywhere i read about them it says they do best in direct sunlight. I dont understand. How are they going to survive when i put them into the ground in direct sunlight? Today, i put them outside in the sun but 20 minutes later i had to move them to shade.

Here is all the info of their care:

they are in 6 inch peat pots until they are big enough to move outside.

the temp inside is 70 to 75 degrees

the temp outside is 65 to 80 degrees

Im in zone 6 of usda hardiness so its pretty dry here.

they aqe watered every morning (or else they will dry out pretty fast) but not too much watering, enough to keep the soil damp.

I planted them in miracle grow potting soil.

they sit at a southern exposure window.

I already tried the moon garden forum and it doesnt see much action usually. can anyone tell me why these little seedlings that are about 3 inches tall are drooping in the sunlight? how can i fix this and get them ready to be put outside?
