New to Gardening

Gladiolus

I planted some gladiolus bulbs about three weeks ago. There is no sign of growth. Can I dig the bulbs and plant the somewhere else?

They will have started roots, and by digging them up you will break them and cause the bulb to die.
I wouldn't move it until about September.
