| Hi! I'm a college student in vegas and would like to (gradually) build a balcony garden for our 2nd floor apartment. I got interested in gardening when my mom bought a fortune plant in the 99-cents store hehe. I found some plants in Lowe's that was priced around my budget ($5 and below) but I didn't know which to chose from. I'm just looking for fragrant flowering plants. I'd appreciate any suggestions. |
