Hmmm, not really, they are closer to the stalk, and they are all on one or two thick stalks.

Ok, it's more like a shrub and the flowers resemble a foxglove, but the base of it looks like the top of a pineapple and feel like it too. It has a thick bamboo like green stalk with the flowers off of that. Any ideas???
