If so, to keep it in a nice shape, you must shear or prune it continually.
This is both good & bad, because it means you can keep it to a certain size, but to do so, you must invest a certain amount of time.
These can grow quite large, so you needn't worry about it staying squat.
These are also somewhat cold sensitive. If you go below freezing, a protected patio is a good location for it.
Very nice plants, but they do require more maintenance than most shrubs to look their best. Sharpen up your pruners.
