| how do i know when to lift my onions and which is the best way to dry them i have so many conflicting answears from different people thankyou very much |

Lift them when the tops bend over....and dry them on a screen or slatted bench.

| AS LindaC says. Be sure that the drying racks are shaded, have some air movement, and are in a dry location - in a garage or tool shed is ideal if you open the door for several hours each day. |
