I am confused- Do forget me nots NEED wet soil? Can I put htem in full sun in zone 5? I know they are invasive- I have a LOT of area to cover-and I want them to do well.

Myosotis sylvatica (true forget-me-nots)like moist not wet soil. You may be thinking of Myosotis scorpiodes, known also as the water forget-me-not.This needs very moist soil like around a pond.Neither one likes full sun.
