but I need some help from folks in the "know".

I would like a "dragon" garden so I'm looking for flowers/plants with the word dragon in the common name like snap dragon

also a Fairie/fairy garden

How about a pond to attract Dragon Flys?

What had you in mind for the faerie garden? Petite flowers? Flowers associated with 'magick'? Faerie dells and mosses?

And which colours, for which seasons?

I doubt VERY seriously that there is a data base with such cultivar and hybrid names. But you could have a lot of fun researching this out on your own by perusing on-line seed and plant catalogs. I'll attach one, but there are SCADS of good resources. Try Park Seed and look at their annual and perennial seed lists (A to Z).
