I bought a house with Pecan Trees that were growing out of, and lifting, the home foundation. After professional removal and clearing of stumps, the trees keep sprouting all over the yard. Does anyone know how I can eliminate the regrowth/sprouting of new trees in preparation of landscaping? Help!

I have dug and cut some roots to 4' depths and the pecans still sprout up months later.
