Arizona Ash - 15 gallon planted in May. Supposed to be good for this area. Branches are not growing leaves except for at the end of the branch. If leaves are lower on the branch, they seem to be dying for the most part. So new growth at end of branch looks good, but plant looks odd since the leaves are only at end of branch. Is this normal?
