Is it better to store/send seeds in plastic bags or the small paper coin enevelopes? I wondered if there was and advantage to one? Viv

RE: storing seeds

If you are sure that the seeds are dried, plastic is okay. I store most seeds at room temperature in paper envelopes to make keep them from molding. If I store seeds in the freezer (like Columbines, that need to be striated by the cold), I put them in plastic bags to keep freeze/defrost moisture out.
