Potted Indoor Meyer Lemon Tree

Having no experience or knowledge about indoor citrus trees, approximately 6 months ago I received my mini Meyer Lemon Tree as a gift. The tree did well on my deck during the summer. I moved the plant indoors in Sept. but it lost all leaves very quickly even though under growlight. After researching possible causes of problem, I repotted the tree using clay pot and fertilized soil with Miracid. To date nothing has helped. Am I correct to believe that it is still alive because trunk and branches have green tone? Any suggestions or ideas? Thank you.

May I suggest that you hold off any more fertilization until you see new growth in the spring. As a general rule, it's not good to fertilize a plant in severe stress. Be very watchful about watering practices, as it would be very easy to overwater and kill your plant at this time.
