Are there any gardening or landscaping courses offered in the Baltimore area? Would appreciate information.

Check with your local co-operative extension office. They'll be able to put you in touch with who you need to speak with to enter the master gardener's program. It teaches you a little of everything & lays a good foundation for future studies. Don't be daunted by the title, it just means you need to show up for 13 weeks. You get out of the program exactly what you put into it, but it will be structured very well & new gardeners will learn a ton. Via the manual they provide, will have a good reference for future use as well

Good luck.
