Autumn in the Land of the Tree Grower's Diary

| Took me a while to get this project finished, but here's a movie of my trees this past fall. Turn up the sound!

TERRIFIC !!! You really ought to send that in to
YouTube..... As the film progressed, I found myself asking
"yeah, but what do these people have to do with the trees?"
Then, when I replayed it, it hit me: if you eliminated
all the trees, it would be a very barren landscape filled
with much less happy people..... Congrats! |

| Dukegg1, you're making me think I should have put a location on the page somewhere, central New Jersey, or Metuchen. Hmm. GREAT comment. Oddly enough, I did a photo shoot last Sunday at a party that spoofed the Sopranos. It was so fun! Loretta, thanks! I use a flash-based program called ShowIt Web. The music is "Little Martha" by Stephen Bennett. (Coincidentally, the song on the album just before this one is called "Waltz for a Maple Tree." You'd think I'd have picked THAT song, huh?) |

I am not familiar with Stephen Bennett. I'll have to check him out.
I would like to learn how to make little clips like that, partly for fun, partly for future presentations and mostly so I could teach my kids. |

There are many slide show programs available. Are you on Mac or PC? |

| Well, there's plenty of stuff for PC too. (But I'm on a Mac, and could help you if you were on a Mac too. I know nothing about PC's.) The program I use to make my shows works on either platform though. |

I am not quite ready to sit down and start yet. I am in the "reading about" stage. I imagine it will take a good hunk of time and focus to really get to know it. |
