New Jersey Gardening

4 hours sun veg garden

One part of my garden only gets around 4 hours of sunlight a day and I never have had any luck growing things in this part of the garden. I have grown all kinds f squash there (winter/summer) and even tried carrots and leaf veggies (that did ok but not WOW)Â what else can I grow there? I was thinking cabbage and/ or zucettas.

I've heard beans can get by with limited sun.
