Hello all!
I just literally joined the site.(first post)
I built a large retaining wall last year about 100 feet long and planted creeping phlox every 2 feet to eventually hang over the wall.
The snow just recently melted and some of the phlox are still green and a lot of them are a dark brown/black color.
Do you think the dark plants are dead?(please say no because its about 18 plants at about 12 inches round)
