Too Cold !!!

Does anyone else out there feel it's been too consistently cold for April? Usually it doesn't stay this cold and especially at night. My broccoli and snow peas are shivering out there. Will have to wait some before putting in anything else. I checked in my diary and I had put a lot of stuff in by April 19.

Actually, Mulchwoman, Accuweather shows the temps 2 degrees above average for April where I live and Metuchen is listed as being 3.4 degrees above normal!

March up here in Hunterdon County was 4.2 degrees below normal; Basking Ridge and Metuchen each 4.8 below.

Recall the old saying: "April is the cruelest month".

Yeah, and the mulberry trees here look better than usual. Maybe it's colder during the day, but not as cold at night? Just wondering. All I know is, I can't go outside without two shirts and a jacket! Hey mulch woman, we're in the same town! Nice to meet you!
