Looking for some recommendations on where we can get some loam

in Cumberland County, NJ. We are transplants and have no contacts in the area.

Apparently our yard had been neglected for years. A pitchfork was unable to penetrate through the weeds and into the soil. Last year we had a tractor turn the soil over and the yard regraded.

Places we've contacted are offering "top soil" which is not what we want.

So if someone could direct us we'd appreciate it.
