Any ideas for plantings in front of our rock wall in NJ?

We have a rock wall in front of our house in Northern NJ. I think it looks bare and there is only a little Packisandra. We are set pretty far from the road so I would like something that will stand out without totally covering the wall. Our house is North-West facing and the wall gets a mix of sun and shade. Does anyone know how I could post a photo?
Thanks in advance!

RE: Any ideas for plantings in front of our rock wall in NJ?

Hi, We also have a stone wall in front of our home. When we first moved in (11 yrs ago)we planted in front of it. We put in Fragrant Daffodills, Fragrant Iris, Daylilies with fragrant lillies. In the spring in April we get the daffs, in May we get the Irises and from June thru frost we get the lillies. Plan carfully since it will there for a long time. We ordered most of the plants from old house gardens online. I found them by googling for heirloom bulbs. We got the daylillies from a friend. Make sure you get daylilies that bloom in different stages so there always blooms. The plants are still there and going stong and it is my most favorite spot in my garden.
