Is it too late to relocate some hostas?

How will hostas take to relocation now that they have leafed out? I never moved them so late.

Please, mine never cared when they were moved, but it is easier to dig them out before they leaf out. I usually just dig them up and plop them on the new spot and the roots take over.

Are you kidding. They're Hostas, they love abuse.

They should be fine. If they look a little droopy, just give them some water. I plant hostas all spring, summer and fall without any problems.

Thanks for the responses, I'm moving a bunch to front of the house and the last thing I wanted was weeks of droopy plants.
