Hey, folks, we need some rain, some good soaking rain. I'm afraid it might be setting up for another drought year, with a high pressure zone above us that is blocking any significant moisture from getting in here. I was just watching the weather channel and noticed the rain in PA drying up as it hits the Delaware.

I agree. It's pretty dry in my garden for this time of year. Get those rain barrels ready!

Yes it is pretty dry. The 6" deep hay mulch on my garden keeps the soil pretty moist. It's a big help in really dry years.
