We've had an endless supply of greens and just today pulled some baby carrots. Other than that- just waiting for Tomatoes, Peppers, Basil.

Should I pinch my basil to make it bushier? Right now it's kind of leggy...

You'd have to ask the woodchucks, especially about the sugar snap peas that would be getting ready about now. They don't seem to touch lettuce, then again it is not a crop that does terribly well for me for some reason, probably not enough nitrogen. Somewhere down the line there will be the crop of heirloom tomatoes, peppers, and if I can fool the woodchucks, pole limas, corn, bush snape beans, and that weed tomatillo. I have yet to put in basil and cilantro, or corn for that matter.

I pinch mine if need be, and of course pinch off any blossom's I see forming.

I have had woodchuck problems in the past but they always left my basil alone. My tomatoes however were all but wiped out in 2003 by a woodchuck.
