I bought only the liquid seaweed (Kelp) @ Dearborn for a foliar spray but have had to spray so much deer/rabbit/groundhog repellant on my dwindling flower plants haven't been able to use it much. Adding odiferous fish emulsion would attract even more critters including cats. Don't need them digging where others are already eating...LOL.

I have seen the fish emulsion alone but you could buy both and mix or alternate them I suppose. Don't recall seeing combined product but might have missed it.

I included phone numbers so you don't take a hike for nothing if they don't have it.

One place I got a few plants and couple who run it are very nice and husband knows his plants. They had some supplies but didn't see if they had fish/kelp fertilizer:

Good luck...know what you mean about the shipping costs getting out of hand. Never found NJ Greensand anywhere so had to get it online but waited for a "free shipping with some minimum purchase" when I ordered a bunch of things I knew I'd use in the next months or year.

I have purchased dry kelp meal at Forcellati's in Wall (just a little north of Circus Drive-in) and I know that they have fish emulsion too.

You might also try taking a look at the Neptune's Harvest site to see if the costs/shipping are too high. It is a very high quality product.
