A Fungus on Dogwood, Mint, Black Eyed Susans and Tomato

I seem to have a fungus taking over my yard. It started on my dogwood then spread to my black eyed susans and then to mint and now it is heading into my garden with the tomato plants. It starts at the bottom creating brown spots on the leaves, then the leaves gets holes in them and turn yellow and eventually fall off. I have a new born baby and a dog and want to get rid of this as organically as possible (especially since it is in my garden.) I have been clipping the infected areas that I can reach (the dogwood is tall). I do have pictures if anyone needs to see.

Thank you!
