Ailing shagbark hickory

I posted this over in Trees but thought I'd try here too.

One of my shagbark hickories looks as if it might have anthracnose. That would be o.k., except a second tree in close proximity is, apparently, very healthy. I know that when sycamore get anthracnose, if one has it they all have it.

Any other ideas what might be ailing the hickory?
