Whats Up With MyTomato Plant

Hi Everyone

So I have 5 Tomato plants that Im not sure whats going on with them. Please take a look at this image

I dont even know where to begin... is this normal? is this good bad?

That is an odd looking plant, It looks healthy and green but for some reason it isn't putting much growth on for leaves and branches, Might want to try some Miracle-Gro or Fish Emulsion Fertilizer, I also spray mine with Immunox Fungicide for Gardens.

Do you or your neighbor use herbicides on the lawn?
Looks like herbicide damage.
