Actually, this particular tree is over on the other side of town, at the corner of Spring and Graham, I think that's right. I need to get over there myself and get a good look at the tree during the bright light of day. (When I went, it was almost dusk and I couldn't see very good. Or maybe I just need new glasses.)

Try contacting the county extension center. I know that they have a list of arborist on hand by qualifications. Apparantly there is a letter after their name to show how deep into it they are. I called about a problem last year and was told that I can come in and see the list but they didn't make any recommendations. I can't remember the minimum grade they said to use.
