Powdery Mildew

I was prepairing my Jasmine plant, which is in a hanging planter, to go into the community greenhouse for the winter when I noticed it appears to have POWDERY MILDEW.
Can someone recommend a treatment.

I've heard that spraying with a milk/water mixture works. I haven't tried it myself.
