Little black spots everywhere!

| I am in North Western NJ and am finding little black spots everywhere. They are on my picket fence, side of my house, even on my patio. They look like some kind of spore or dare I say egg. Any ideas? |

| It's called artillery fungus and takes elbow grease to remove. Keep woodchips away from areas where this is happening. |

| WOW! Looks like a serious problem. I just did some research and I think we will have to remove all of our mulch and then start scrubbing. Thanks for the info, I really appreciate it. |
